Blue Sky Kids Introduction from Thailand — Learning Today for the Future of My Community

Hello, my name is Kanokorn Kanchanaranakon, and my nickname is “Duean.
I was born in Thailand and am currently a Grade 11 science–mathematics student at Udomsitsuksa School in Sangkhlaburi District, Kanchanaburi Province. After graduating from high school, I hope to continue my studies at university.

I have lived in the La Salle Sangkhlaburi dormitory since childhood and completed my primary education there. Dormitory life has taught me discipline, responsibility, and self-management. It has also helped me learn how to live respectfully with others, understanding and valuing people from different backgrounds. Through daily life with my friends, I developed skills in polite communication, listening to different opinions, and solving problems thoughtfully.

In addition, I serve as a house leader in the dormitory. This role has allowed me to develop leadership, coordination, and organizational skills. I help care for younger students, guide them in daily discipline, and act as a bridge between students and dormitory staff. These experiences have taught me patience, sacrifice, and careful decision-making so that everyone can live together peacefully and harmoniously.

My dream is to start a small business in the future. I hope to improve and develop the work that my family is currently doing by creating more modern and meaningful products that better meet people’s needs. I also hope to return to my hometown one day and contribute to the development of my community.

Although I do not often return home because I live in the dormitory, my connection to my hometown remains strong. Therefore, I am committed to studying hard and continuing to grow so that I can use my knowledge and experience to support my family, community, and society in the future.

Through my experiences so far, I have grown both academically and personally. I am a diligent and responsible student who is always open to learning new things. I hope to continue developing myself and contribute positively to society in the years to come.
